okay so i thought that we had brought back whoopty...im not so sure if we really did...but i think im gonna start it back up...ill take the iniative...so lets see...so much to talk about!!

school has started...and much to everyones dismay, im loving it!!! for once, im actually enjoying the classes im going to, and i actually am enjoying learning...its the 3rd week so im starting to study and all that jazz which is never fun...but as grandaddy james reminds me like everyday, work hard now so you can have fun later...so i guess ill try that for once haha...i have my first test on monday...in neuroscience...the professor INSISTED we get the study guide...so i broke down yesterday and bought it...high five for court...so i guess ill be pretty prepared for the test...hopefully ill do pretty well...then on friday i have a test in my statistical methods class (with the old man who looks like homer simpsons boss...haha!)...im a statistical genius so that wont be difficult, then i have my other stats test on monday along with my abnormal psych test. so that should go pretty well...its gonna be a good semester i can tell. i have no lab tests, they're just completion grades in all actuality, so thats a plus cuz i never seem to do too well in those...hahaha. on the social side of school...everything is great (as usual)...mary and i have really grown close this summer/beginning of the fall...which i love...its nice to have someone who seems to be at the same point in their life where theyve seemed to have their priorities straightened out and have actually grown up over the past few years in college...someone who you can count on for anything at anytime, have endless conversations with, and basically be around all the time and never get bored or annoyed...not to mention they're not forever away...hehe. so life is pretty good at this point...

im going to chicago in october to see dominick...i miss him so much...over the past couple of months hes really become a humongous part of my life...hes someone who i feel i can go to with anything, and will listen and try to help me out...but at the same time, he'll be the first to put me in my place when im being stupid...its funny how when someones away you realize all the little things you take for granted when youre in a relationship...it really makes you value the little things and realize what truly is important...only 6 more weeks till ill be there...although the weekend will be a blast, i have a feeling friday night will be the best...i think we know why (woo hoo samie!!!) hahaha.

well, on a sadder note, my dad is having surgery at the end of september...him and my mom are coming down on sunday the 25th...so if its not too much to ask, i hope you all will keep him in your thoughts and prayers...according to the doctors the surgery should go well...and he may get out without having to do any type of chemotherapy or radiation...but they may do a little bit just to make sure all the cancer is gone...along with my dad, keep nicks dad in your prayers too!!!

well i think thats about it for now...i guess i should get started on all this studying before the OC tonight...woo hoo!!!
